We're Hiring: HSE Officer (Arabic Speaker) – Villa Projects | UAE

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team for prestigious villa construction projects in the UAE.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.

• Must have proven experience in luxury villa projects.

• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, OSHA standards, and construction safety requirements.

• Experience in conducting risk assessments, site inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.

• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.

• Prepare HSE reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.

• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
