## Description

Job title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Dubai (Office-based role)

Salary: AED 10,000-15,000 per month (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE AED 30,000+)

We are partnering with a rapidly growing outsourced sales organisation to recruit several Sales Development roles for its expanding Dubai office.

Supporting a diverse portfolio of high-growth businesses across multiple industries, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and generating qualified sales meetings for clients operating across international markets. The Role

• Research and identify new business opportunities by analysing target markets, industries and prospective clients, building a strong understanding of each client's ideal customer profile to create highly targeted outreach campaigns.

• Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting, using a combination of cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other engagement channels to connect with key decision-makers and consistently build a healthy sales pipeline.

• Qualify prospective clients by understanding their current challenges, business objectives, budgets and decision-making processes, ensuring opportunities meet agreed qualification criteria before progressing them through the sales cycle.

• Book high-quality meetings for senior sales teams by creating interest, overcoming objections and effectively communicating the value proposition of the services being offered.

• Build and nurture relationships with prospects through structured follow-up activity, maintaining regular communication with potential clients and ensuring opportunities continue progressing until they are sales-ready.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management, ensuring all prospect activity, conversations and next steps are recorded to provide clear visibility of performance and future opportunities.

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, provide market feedback and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

• Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets, operating within a high-performance, supportive sales environment where results are recognised and rewarded.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience within sales, business development, recruitment, lead generation or another outbound client-facing role where success has been measured against commercial targets.

• Strong technical understanding of Tech / IT / SaaS products including ERP, CRM, Cyber Security, Data, Ai

• Proven experience conducting high-volume outbound prospecting, with confidence making cold calls, engaging prospects and overcoming objections to generate opportunities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build credibility and establish rapport with senior stakeholders.

• Strong relationship-building abilities with a consultative approach to understanding client needs and identifying commercial opportunities.

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, follow-ups and priorities simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven, with the ability to remain positive and consistent in a high-activity sales environment.

• Commercially minded with a strong desire to develop a long-term career within sales and business development.
