Job Description: We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. You will use your communication skills and market knowledge to help clients buy, sell, and invest in Dubai real estate while delivering elite customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

• Match client requirements with suitable properties and conduct viewings.

• Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional professional guidance.

Requirements:

• Must be confident on camera (not camera shy) for video submissions and presentations.

• Fluency in one of these languages: Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Pashto, Tamil, or Malayalam.

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• UAE real estate experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

• Self-motivated, client-focused, and results-driven.
