## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Director to lead and drive the retail strategy, commercial performance, and brand excellence across the Middle East region for a prestigious luxury brand.

Based in Dubai, this senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of boutiques and retail operations, ensuring world-class client experiences, sustainable business growth, and the highest standards of luxury retail execution.

The Retail Director will act as a key ambassador for the brand, leading high-performing teams, developing retail talent, and ensuring consistent delivery of the brand's values and vision across all markets within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Performance & Commercial Leadership

• Develop and execute the regional retail strategy in alignment with global business objectives.

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across all retail locations.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and productivity.

• Establish and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

• Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and operational targets.

Client Experience & Brand Excellence

• Champion an exceptional luxury client experience across all touchpoints.

• Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence.

• Drive clienteling initiatives and CRM strategies to increase loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.

• Maintain brand integrity and consistency throughout the region.

Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Area Managers, Boutique Managers, and retail professionals.

• Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and excellence.

• Identify and develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent management programs.

• Promote employee engagement and retention across the region.

Regional Operations

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Partner with key functions including Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Client Services.

• Ensure inventory optimization, stock management, and operational efficiency.

• Lead new store openings, renovations, and retail expansion projects where applicable.

Strategic Market Development

• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends across the Middle East luxury landscape.

• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding expansion, investments, and growth initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, retail partners, and key stakeholders.

• Represent the brand at industry events, client functions, and regional business forums.

Experience

• Minimum 10–15 years of retail leadership experience, with significant exposure to luxury or premium brands.

• Proven track record of managing multi-site retail operations across the Middle East region.

• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and leading large retail teams.

• Experience within fashion, accessories, jewellery, watches, beauty, or other luxury sectors is highly desirable.
