## Description

La Plus Belle Co., Kuwait’s leading beauty and wellness group, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our brands, La Plus Belle Beauty Center and Bel Elan Studio.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive sales.

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, email marketing, and content creation.

• Plan and manage events, promotions, and brand activations.

• Collaborate with salon and spa teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty programs.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics; optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.

• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify brand presence.

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail.
