## Description

About the Role

WS Living is looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to lead our Dubai showroom. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can guide a team with both vision and kindness, drive daily retail sales, and take full accountability for showroom performance.

You will lead the showroom sales team and the customer service team, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional in-store experience from first walk-in to after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom sales team and customer service team

• Own showroom sales targets with full accountability for results

• Conduct a structured monthly sales team meeting to review performance and align goals

• Bring practical, creative ideas to grow showroom footfall and conversions

• Step in directly with customers when order issues arise and resolve them professionally

• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and relationship-based retail sales

• Maintain showroom standards, merchandising, and the overall in-store experience

• Perform confidently under pressure, especially during peak retail seasons

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales and upselling skills

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Prior experience leading a retail sales team

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

• Knowledge of furniture products and interior design trends

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

• Furniture or home decor industry experience is highly desirable

Work Schedule

• Full-time, on-site in Dubai

• Weekends and national holidays are working days as part of the retail schedule

• Weekly day off falls midweek

• Extended hours expected during peak retail seasons
