Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with clients to understand their property needs, conduct property searches, arrange viewings, and provide guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and presenting property information, negotiating offers, and coordinating with landlords, developers, and legal parties to facilitate transactions. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, building a strong client network, and ensuring high-quality customer service at every stage of the client journey. The agent is expected to collaborate with the team, meet performance targets, and adhere to all relevant real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

• Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and practical knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide clear, transparent guidance.

• Proven Sales experience in real estate or related fields, with skills in negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance goals.

• Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, local regulations, and property transaction processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain organized records and schedules.

• Proficiency with basic digital tools and real estate listing platforms; CRM experience is beneficial.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, client-focused service.
