Job Family Function CFO Job Code 30008795 Reports to Job Business Unit Lead Job Description Summary The Senior Billing and Claims Representative is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the credit and collections processes within the organization. This role involves but not limited to: managing complex accounts, leading a team of credit and collection professionals, developing strategic collection initiatives, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Advisor plays a crucial role in improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
