An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Partner to join the Dubai office of a leading full-service law firm. This is an urgent strategic hire for an established and highly regarded practice advising multinational corporations, regional businesses, family offices and financial institutions on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will join a collaborative partnership, and have the opportunity to work on high-quality domestic and cross-border matters across the Middle East.

The firm is seeking an established Corporate Partner or an ambitious Senior Lawyer ready to step into partnership. No client following or portable book of business is required, making this an exceptional opportunity for a technically strong Lawyer looking to join a well-supported platform with an existing flow of quality work.
