## Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
The role holder is responsible to provide expert legal advice and support and managing autonomously a vast array of legal subjects related to contracts negotiations, corporate compliance regulatory issues and general corporate law

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and following contracts with suppliers, service providers, clients.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and other documents.
• Preparing and filing documents with courts and government authorities.
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
• Management of the external lawyers/consultants.
• Advise internal departments related to local regulations and compliance.
• Assist and/or perform important duties regarding the Company`s corporate acts and documents and the Company`s governance.
• Operational
• Facilitates the preparation, negotiation and execution of contractual agreements.
• Responsible for initiating, developing, reviewing and routing of research-related contracts and documents. Maintains records of contract activity for benchmark purposes and works to improve office efficiencies.
• Coordinates efforts (both internal and external) to help ensure that contractual agreements in place are clear, fair and legally binding.
• Involves in building relationships with trusted vendors and keeping a detailed list of possible contractors that may be needed for any given situation
• review corporate contracts. Identify, review, examine, monitor & coordinate various contracts previously arranged or company-standard contracts
• Review fixed bid contracts with clear and actionable SLA's and deliverables. Identify incorrect, inconsistent and incomplete data entries in the designated contract management system (and on assigned requests) on a continuous basis and make timely modifications to improve the quality of data in compliance with service level.

Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.

Professional Qualifications

Preferred registered lawyer with relevant membership from the governing
authority.
