The opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Alliances and Technology Manager to create and manage campaigns within the Strategic Programs pillar. You will orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing initiatives and communications strategies that strengthen relationships, increase market visibility, generate demand and support EY MENA’s growth ambitions. Working closely with Alliance and Technology leaders, service lines, industry teams and BMC colleagues across the region and global network, you will translate business priorities into impactful marketing programs and go-to-market initiatives through a unified, strategic approach. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to manage multiple initiatives, build stakeholder engagement, enhance brand visibility and measure campaign effectiveness. Your key responsibilities You will lead the planning, execution and measurement of integrated B2B marketing programs for EY MENA’s alliances and technology agenda. Your day-to-day work will span go-to-market planning, campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement, events, project governance and performance reporting. Strategy and go-to-market planning Support the development, execution and measurement of a marketing strategy and annual plans. Align priorities with broader regional growth, industry, service line and budget objectives. Identify opportunities to strengthen the market positioning of EY and its approved alliance partners through coordinated go-to-market campaigns. Integrated marketing and campaign delivery Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns that generate demand, build awareness and support business growth. Develop messaging, campaign briefs, creative writing and messaging content.
