## Description

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Barista to lead our coffee service team. The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing premium quality beverages, supervising junior staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standard.
- Lead and mentor junior baristas, providing training and support.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is maintained.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in developing new coffee recipes and beverage offerings.

## Requirements
