About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Operations team at Moyasar.
You’ll work closely with our merchants and customers, helping them with questions, payment-related issues, and day-to-day support. You’ll make sure every case is followed up properly and provide a smooth experience when using our services.

What You’ll Do
- Handle merchant and customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Support merchants with questions related to our payment services and processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the right internal teams for resolution.
- Track and follow up on cases until they are resolved.
- Support merchants during onboarding and documentation requirements.
- Escalate complex or technical issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
- Identify recurring issues and help improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in customer service or customer support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with good follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple customer cases.
- Fintech, payments, or financial services experience is a plus.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
