## Description

Purpose:
To develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications by delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions while contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications according to business requirements.
- Participate in technical design, system enhancements, and application development activities.
- Build and integrate APIs, backend services, databases, and user interfaces.
- Resolve application defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure software complies with security, coding, and quality standards.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Support production releases and post-deployment activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices.
- Keep current with modern development technologies and recommend practical enhancements.

## Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. 
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in enterprise applications. 
- Strong expertise in backend or frontend development, with good understanding of full-stack technologies. 
- Strong experience in API development, databases, and system integration. 
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development frameworks. 
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, security, and performance optimization. 
- Experience with unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation. 
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and cross-functional teams. 
- Experience supporting production releases and resolving critical application issues. 
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is preferred.
