## Description

At Andaz by Hyatt, we create memorable experiences through authentic hospitality. As an Assistant Manager – Front Office, you will support the team in leading daily Front Desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain Hyatt and Andaz brand standards.

- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in Front Office or Guest Relations within an upscale or luxury hotel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience with Opera Cloud/ PMS is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Language Preference- Russian/ German/French/Spanish
