## Description

Provide warm, professional, and personalized guest service, ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience while reflecting Grand Hyatt’s luxury hospitality standards and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field.

- 1-3 years' experience in Front Office or Guest Services.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office preferred.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
