## Description

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the assigned kitchen section, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and support the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in a hotel or fine dining environment.

- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards.

- Experience in Cold Kitchen and Garde Manger is preferred.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
