## Description

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role plays a key part in understanding flyadeal’s products, systems, and processes by analyzing complex datasets, validating hypotheses, and delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making capabilities
- Analyze data and convert findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and performance tuning
- Design and enhance data models using statistical and analytical methods
- Build and maintain BI applications, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Identify data anomalies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Support commercial performance tracking and provide insights against targets
- Create clear and impactful data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for reporting and analytics
- Maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and reporting structures
- Continuously improve reporting processes, automation, and data accuracy
- Conduct analytical projects to support corporate and operational stakeholders
- Research, evaluate, and improve existing BI systems and tools

Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL (advanced level) and performance tuning
- Experience working with MS Azure and modern data platforms
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Solid understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and automation
- Strong understanding of BI systems and reporting frameworks
