## Description

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a skilled and security-focused Network Engineer to join the IT Department. Reporting to the IT Director, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, high-performance networks across both IT and OT environments, ensuring reliable connectivity, strong security, and seamless integration between enterprise and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain IT/OT network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLANs, wireless, and data centre environments
- Implement and manage firewalls, NAC, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and VPN solutions to ensure security, segmentation, and secure access
- Monitor and optimise network performance, ensuring high availability and quick incident resolution
- Support redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery readiness for critical systems
- Maintain updated network documentation including diagrams, standards, and configurations
- Provide secure remote access for employees and third parties
- Contribute to IT/OT integration projects and collaborate with vendors on solution deployment
- Support network monitoring and security controls including IDS/IPS and logging to maintain visibility and compliance.

Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering across IT and OT environments
- Experience designing resilient networks and troubleshooting complex issues.
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of firewalls and network security controls
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- DDI including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management
- VPN and secure remote access solutions
- Routing, switching, and wireless networks.

## Requirements
