Role Overview
Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a Senior Accountant for our Jeddah team to manage general ledger workflows, product costing, and compliance. You will oversee financial closing cycles, ensure adherence to local tax standards, and collaborate with business units to drive fiscal efficiency. 

Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Manage monthly/yearly closings, prepare IFRS-compliant statements, and oversee fixed assets and audits.
- Taxation & Portals: Handle ZATCA-compliant VAT, Zakat filings, and e-invoicing.
- Operations & Controls: Monitor cash flows, manage payables/receivables, and review payroll via the Saudi Madad portal.
- Cost Control: Partner with manufacturing and retail units to manage cost structures and variance analysis.

## Requirements

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in accounting/financial operations within manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
- Nationality & Residency: Open to Saudi, Indian, Jordanian, or Lebanese nationals residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (like Odoo) and advanced Excel.
- Languages & Certifications: Bilingual (Arabic/English); SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
