## Description

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking PRO to manage government-related transactions and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process employment visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications.
- Handle trade licence renewals, establishment cards, and other government transactions.
- Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DET, and relevant government authorities.
- Prepare and submit official documents in Arabic and English.
- Track application statuses, expiry dates, and renewal deadlines.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure timely completion of transactions.

## Requirements

- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong knowledge of UAE government procedures.
- Minimum 2–3 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws, immigration, and visa processes.
- Experience using relevant government portals, including MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP.
- Strong communication skills and proven experience liaising with UAE government authorities.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
