## Description

Job Purpose
Manage and control inventory levels, accuracy, and processes to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing costs and losses.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses/locations.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory levels and recommend reorder points, safety stock, and min/max levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
- Track slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory; recommend disposal or markdown actions.
- Prepare inventory reports (stock levels, turnover, aging, variance analysis).
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory closing and audits.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
- Monitor damaged, expired, or returned goods and process accordingly.

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory/warehouse control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
