Join us We are currently looking for lawyers with 5 + years’ top-tier post-qualification experience in Funds including drafting and negotiating fund documentation (LPA, PPM. subscription agreements, side letters, management/advisory agreements) advising on GP/LP governance and carry structures, coordinating regulatory approvals with the DFSA, ADGM FSRA, SCA and CBUAE, leading fund closings, assisting on secondary transactions and co-investments, and supporting organisations on asset-management M&A, carried interest re-organisations and incentive schemes. The successful candidate will advise on the structuring, formation, and ongoing management of investment funds, ensure regulatory compliance with DFSA and SCA requirements, and support transactional activity across our asset management platform. The role requires strong technical expertise in funds law, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work closely with investment professionals and regulators.
