Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our growing specialty coffee, Food & Beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:
- More than 15 years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
- Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
