## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Human Capital team as an HR Officer. This is an operations-focused role where you will handle the day-to-day HR transactions that keep the business running, building strong practical foundations in HR operations.

What You'll Do:

- Create and process employment contracts through Qiwa, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Manage Iqama renewals, work permits, and exit/re-entry visas through Muqeem
- Handle GOSI registrations, updates, and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
- Process employee requests — letters, certificates, leave, and general HR services
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system setup
- Assist with payroll input and attendance data
- Prepare HR operational reports and track key data

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Organized and able to manage multiple requests at once
- Saudi National 
- Exposure to Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI) is a plus
- COOP training or internship experience in HR is a plus
