## Description

• Develop and manage application development projects, ensuring delivery of business solutions on time,
within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Ensure all development activities comply with SDLC standards, IT governance, and applicable SAMA
regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with business units and IT teams to analyze requirements and deliver viable, stable application
solutions.
• Monitor development team performance and delivery milestones and implement corrective actions as
needed.
• Conduct regular reviews of development progress, technical quality, and test results against acceptance
criteria.
• Report on development project status, delivery risks, and team performance on a regular basis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, coding standards, and delivery
methodologies.
• Ensure all application changes deployed to production adhere to proper change management and release
controls

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a relevant major or a relevant major is preferred.
• Certified Software Development Professional or equivalent application development certification is preferred.
• Around +5 years of experience with a preference 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Prior experience in application development management, software engineering, or banking IT systems development or a relevant field is preferred
