What You Will Deliver Workforce Productivity & Manager Effectiveness - Shape enterprise strategies and roadmaps for the Smart & Efficient Manager and Productive & Safe Worker domains, aligned with operational priorities and Technology & Innovation objectives. - Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify work, remove process inefficiencies and improve manager and frontline workforce effectiveness. - Establish clear value drivers and performance measures that connect technology-enabled interventions to productivity, efficiency and workforce outcomes.
