## Description

Key Responsibilities: Ice Cream Production Prepare and produce ice cream products according to standardized recipes and production schedules. Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality. Operate ice cream production equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor freezing, storage, and product quality during the production process. Ensure proper texture, flavor, appearance, and consistency of finished products. Ice Cream Cake Production Prepare ice cream cakes according to customer orders and company standards. Assemble cake layers, fillings, toppings, and decorations accurately. Perform cake finishing, decorating, and presentation according to brand guidelines. Ensure customized orders are completed accurately and on time. Maintain high standards of product appearance and presentation. Food Preparation and Quality Control Follow recipes, portion standards, and production procedures. Check ingredients for freshness, quality, and proper storage conditions. Conduct quality checks on finished products before packaging. Maintain consistency in taste, size, and appearance of all products. Report any quality issues or production concerns to the supervisor. Food Safety and Hygiene Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures. Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards. Ensure correct handling, labeling, storage, and rotation of ingredients using FIFO principles. Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, tools, and equipment. Follow temperature control procedures for frozen products. Inventory and Production Support Monitor ingredient and packaging material levels. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and supplies. Minimize product waste through proper handling and portion control. Support stock counting and production planning activities. Ensure products are properly packed, labeled, and stored. Equipment and Workplace Maintenance Operate production equipment safely and responsibly. Clean and maintain machines, tools, and work areas after use. Report equipment issues, defects, or maintenance requirements. Follow workplace safety procedures at all times. Teamwork Work closely with production team members to meet daily targets. Support peak production periods and urgent customer orders. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement. Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in ice cream production, bakery, pastry, dessert, or food manufacturing is an advantage. Basic knowledge of food preparation and production processes. Experience in cake decorating is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a cold production environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
