## Description

Key Responsibilities Generative AI & AI Solution Development • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions using Claude, OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar LLM platforms. • Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and conversational AI. • Build AI use cases such as intelligent document processing, report summarization, knowledge assistants, business insights, and workflow automation. • Integrate AI models with enterprise applications through APIs. • Develop effective prompts and optimize AI solution performance. • Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies for business adoption. AI Automation • Design and implement AI-driven workflow automation using Python and AI frameworks. • Build intelligent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar. • Automate business processes using AI agents and enterprise integrations. MicroStrategy Development • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions using MicroStrategy ONE. • Develop schema objects, attributes, facts, metrics, reports, dashboards, dossiers, and semantic models. • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions. • Optimize reports, dashboards, Intelligent Cubes, and application performance. • Implement Strategy AI capabilities such as AI-assisted analytics, conversational analytics, AI Agents, and Auto Narratives. SQL, Python & ETL • Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and performance optimization. • Develop Python scripts for automation, API integrations, reporting, and AI implementations. • Work with enterprise ETL tools such as Informatica, Matillion, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience Mandatory • 5+ years of experience in AI, Business Intelligence, or Analytics. • Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Generative AI solutions. • Experience with one or more LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or Azure OpenAI. • Experience developing AI agents, AI automation, or RAG-based solutions. • Strong prompt engineering and LLM integration experience. • Strong MicroStrategy ONE development experience (reports, dashboards, dossiers, metadata, and semantic layer). • Strong SQL and Python programming skills. • Experience with at least one enterprise ETL tool. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. • Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP. • Experience implementing Strategy AI capabilities. • Experience in Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Analytics. ________________________________________ Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. ________________________________________ Key Competencies • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and AI Automation. • Ability to design practical AI solutions that solve business problems. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous learning.

## Requirements
