What You Will Deliver

Exploration Strategy and Resource Growth
- Shapes exploration plans that advance priority targets and resource growth opportunities.
- Defines mineralization potential through disciplined geological interpretation and technical evaluation.
- Delivers drilling and field programs that improve resource confidence and project readiness.
- Converts exploration results into clear recommendations for portfolio and investment decisions.

Drilling and Field Execution
- Leads exploration drilling, mapping, sampling, and field activities across assigned assets.
- Optimizes field execution to improve safety, productivity, cost control, and technical quality.
- Coordinates contractors, equipment, and resources to deliver exploration priorities.

Geological Data and Technical Insights
- Maintains accurate geological data capture, validation, interpretation, and reporting.
- Develops geological models and technical outputs that strengthen resource evaluation.
- Improves geological databases, records, and quality controls to protect data integrity.
- Identifies geological risks and opportunities that affect resource confidence and project value.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Aligns exploration activities with resource development, mining, study, and business priorities.
- Provides expert guidance that supports technical decisions and cross-functional alignment.

Governance and Continuous Improvement
- Maintains compliance with safety, environmental, technical, and reporting standards.
- Applies leading exploration practices, tools, and technologies to improve performance.
- Builds technical capability and promotes knowledge sharing across exploration teams.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geosciences, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.

## Requirements
