## Description

As Lendo continues to scale, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and direction of key product areas across our platform. You'll identify and prioritise the highest-value opportunities, guide products from discovery through launch and optimisation, and work closely with Product, Engineering and wider business teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for a major product area, aligned with Lendo's wider business objectives.

- Identify and prioritise the highest-value opportunities using customer insight, market developments and product performance.

- Set clear priorities and provide direction to Product Managers and Product Analysts.

Discovery & Delivery
- Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring teams validate the problem before committing to solutions.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data and Operations to turn business and customer problems into scalable products.

- Make prioritisation and scope decisions, balancing customer impact, commercial value, technical complexity and risk.

Performance & Optimisation
- Own key product and commercial outcomes, using data and customer insight to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Build a culture of experimentation, ensuring product decisions are based on evidence and measured after launch.

AI & Innovation
- Identify and lead opportunities to apply AI across Lendo's products, where it can materially improve customer outcomes, efficiency or product performance.

- Champion practical AI adoption across the Product team, using modern tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation and delivery.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and develop Product Managers and Product Analysts, helping raise the overall standard of Product within Lendo.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver products within Lendo's regulated environment.

- Communicate product strategy, progress, outcomes and major trade-offs clearly to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.

- 6+ years of total experience, including at least 4 years in Product Management or Product Ownership.

- Demonstrated experience owning digital products from discovery through launch, optimisation and scale, with measurable customer or business outcomes.

- Experience within fintech, banking, lending, payments or another fast-paced digital product environment is preferred.

- Strong understanding of product analytics, Agile delivery and UX/UI principles, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.

- Strong practical understanding of AI tools and AI-enabled product development, with experience using AI to improve how product teams work.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring Product Managers or Product Analysts.

- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field; 6+ years of total experience with at least 4 years in Product Management or Product Ownership; demonstrated experience owning digital products from discovery through launch, optimization and scale; experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments or similar fast-paced digital product environment; strong product analytics, Agile delivery and UX/UI principles; strong understanding of AI tools and AI-enabled product development; experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring Product Managers or Product Analysts; strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
