## Description

Key Responsibilities Ensure all company products are well-displayed, priced correctly, and adequately stocked across assigned outlets. Guarantee planogram compliance and maintain brand visibility standards in all stores. Monitor product availability and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation to prevent expiries or shortages. Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and purchasing staff . Execute in-store promotions, product displays, and point-of-sale (POS) activities as per marketing guidelines. Identify and open new outlets to expand product reach and distribution coverage. Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries and shelf replenishment. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies . Submit accurate and timely reports on merchandising activities, sales feedback, and market conditions. Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and brand representation in every store visit.
