Job Summary
You will be responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business development initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
Job Objectives

- Support the development and execution of business development strategies to expand market presence, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Support the development and implementation of business growth strategies.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Sales & Relationship Management
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving business targets.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.

Reporting & Performance
- Track business development activities and sales performance.

- Prepare regular reports on pipeline, opportunities, and market insights.

- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred

Skills & Competencies
- Business development and relationship management skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Stakeholder management and networking capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Language Requirements
- Arabic required; English preferred.

## Requirements
