## Description

Job Purpose:
Provides immediate, high-quality pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols, ensuring effective treatment and stabilizing patients. The role requires quick decision-making and skilled clinical intervention to address urgent medical needs in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Delivers high-quality patient care, addressing physical, medical, and cultural needs while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to EMS protocols.

- Operates and maintains EMS vehicles and equipment to ensure reliability and prevent damage.

- Stays updated with EMS trends and healthcare developments to respond effectively to patient needs.

- Completes administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring EMS vehicles are deployment-ready.

- Participates in EMS staff meetings to discuss operational updates and care protocols.

- Engages in ongoing professional development, including skills maintenance, educational awareness, and research.

- Anticipates potential problems and responds appropriately.

- Strives to improve patient care and the working environment through feedback and problem-solving.

- Adheres strictly to privilege list authority and approved medical protocols.

- Utilizes medical supplies efficiently to prevent wastage.

- Collaborates with other staff members to foster teamwork.

- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic.

- Education: Bachelor in Emergency Medical Services or higher degree.

- Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

- Licenses / Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

- Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)

- Emergency Vehicle Operator Safety (EVOS)

- Valid Light Transportation Driving License

- Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)

- STEP English Test – 65%+ or IELTS 5.0+

## Requirements

- Experience: 1 year as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic.

- Education: Bachelor in Emergency Medical Services or higher degree.
