## Description

- Provide daily technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, projectors, and smart boards.
- Support school networks, email, Microsoft 365, and educational systems.
- Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records.
- Assist with classroom technology, exams, and school events.
- Ensure basic cybersecurity, data protection, and regular system updates.
- Manage and follow up on IT support requests and incidents.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support experience; school experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support users professionally.
