## Description

The Construction Manager – Fit-Out / Theming will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior fit-out, architectural theming, and experiential elements within the entertainment project. The role ensures that all theming and fit-out works are delivered to the highest quality standards, aligned with design intent, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution
- Manage and supervise all fit-out and theming construction activities across assigned zones within the project
- Ensure works are delivered in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and creative design intent
- Coordinate closely with design consultants, creative/theming designers, and contractors

Theming & Fit-Out Delivery
- Oversee installation of:
- Show sets, themed environments, and immersive elements
- Decorative finishes, facades, signage, and props
- Specialty lighting, audio-visual integration, and attraction interfaces
- Ensure thematic consistency and storytelling elements are maintained throughout execution

Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Interface with:
- Project Management Consultant (PMC)
- Contractors and subcontractors
- Theming specialists and international vendors
- Facilitate coordination between civil, MEP, rides, and theming packages

Quality Assurance
- Monitor and enforce QA/QC procedures for all fit-out and theming works
- Conduct inspections to ensure:
- High-quality finishes
- Compliance with international standards and project specifications
- Address defects and ensure timely close-out

Health & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and regulations
- Promote a strong safety culture during installation of complex theming elements

Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Review and monitor construction schedules and milestones
- Identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction
- Proven experience in:
- Theme parks, entertainment projects, or large-scale fit-out projects
- Theming, immersive environments, or experiential design execution
- Experience working on mega projects in the Middle East is preferred

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods and materials
- Experience with theming and entertainment project delivery
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE practices
- Ability to manage fast-paced, design-driven environments

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction
Proven experience in: Theme parks, entertainment projects, or large-scale fit-out projects
Theming, immersive environments, or experiential design execution
Experience working on mega projects in the Middle East is preferred
