## Description

- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and business development plans.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support the successful closure of contracts and agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in coordination with management and legal advisors.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming aviation projects, airport developments, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal departments to develop competitive business solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate reports on business development activities.
- Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies throughout the business development process.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, or Sales within the aviation, airport services, catering, or related industries.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts is required.
- Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contractual obligations, and legal documentation.
- Experience with tenders, RFP/RFQ processes, and government or private sector procurement is highly preferred.
