About the Role

As a Wellness Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a personalized wellness experience. You will assist guests with spa reservations, fitness programs, wellness consultations, and lifestyle activities while ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and tailored to individual needs. The role requires building strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences, promoting wellness services, and coordinating seamlessly with the Spa, Fitness, Recreation, and Guest Services teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

About You

The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in health and wellbeing, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, or guest relations is preferred. You are highly organized, confident in handling guest requests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service excellence. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to delivering personalized service are essential for success in this role.
