## Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement RCM programs for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation assets.
· Conduct RCM workshops, asset criticality assessments, and failure mode analysis.
· Optimize preventive maintenance strategies and develop condition monitoring requirements.
· Ensure maintenance strategies comply with OEM guidelines and industry standards (API 580/581, IEC, ISO).
· Prepare equipment strategies and update SAP PM master data (task lists, maintenance plans, BOMs).
· Provide technical support to operations and maintenance for chronic failures.
· Review PM effectiveness, perform gap analysis, and recommend strategy improvements.

- Required Competencies

- Deep knowledge of ISO 55000, Reliability Engineering, Asset Integrity, Maintenance Strategy.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- High competency in RCM, RCA (TapRooT), FMEA, RAM modelling, RBI.

- Strong understanding of CMMS (SAP), KPIs, and lifecycle cost modelling.

- Ability to manage teams, resolve complex technical issues, and drive performance improvement.

- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) – SMRP

- Certified Reliability Leader CRL

- ISO 55000 Asset Management Certification (Practitioner or Lead Auditor)

Leadership / Management certifications
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university.
Preferably Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation domains.

Exp:
Min. 15 years relevant Technical experience in engineering field in Refinery or Petrochemical
