## Description

- Provide overall leadership and direction for the location, ensuring alignment with Golf Saudi’s vision, values, and strategic objectives.

- Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of all staff.

- Lead and coach the leadership team, including the Deputy General Manager, to maintain operational excellence.

- Ensure smooth execution of all location operations, including golf programs, events, facility management, and guest services.

- Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and drive profitability.

- Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

- Implement operational policies and procedures in line with Golf Saudi standards.

- Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.

- Foster community engagement and support local marketing efforts to promote the brand.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.

## Requirements

- 10+ years of management experience in hospitality, golf, or related sectors, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and delivering business growth.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- High energy, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
