## Description

Job Purpose :

Support the management and processing of corporate claims across General Insurance lines by ensuring timely assessment, accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

· Review, assess, and process General Insurance claims in accordance with policy terms, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Investigate claim circumstances, evaluate coverage applicability, and ensure claims are handled fairly and accurately.

· Coordinate with insureds, brokers, reinsurers, and internal departments to ensure smooth claims handling and resolution.

· Coordinate with loss adjusters and review their reports, recommendations, and supporting documents.

· Liaise with Facultative (FAC) and Treaty Reinsurance companies/brokers to obtain approvals and confirmations where applicable.

· Ensure compliance with company authority limits, claims guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).

· Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely settlement within approved turnaround times.

· Negotiate claim settlements with clients, brokers, service providers, and other stakeholders when required.

· Review reserve recommendations and ensures adequate reserving in line with company policy and claim developments.

· Prepare claim summaries, reports, dashboards, and performance analysis to support management decision-making.

· Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and escalate them in line with internal procedures.

· Ensure proper documentation and compliance before processing claim payments and settlements.

الهدف الوظيفي :

دعم إدارة ومعالجة مطالبات الشركات ضمن مختلف فروع التأمين العام، من خلال ضمان تقييم المطالبات في الوقت المناسب، ودقة التوثيق، والالتزام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية، والتنسيق الفعال مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لتحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا العملاء.

الأنشطة الرئيسية والمسؤوليات والواجبات :

- مراجعة وتقييم ومعالجة مطالبات التأمين العام وفقًا لشروط وثائق التأمين والإجراءات الداخلية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

- التحقيق في ظروف المطالبات وتقييم مدى انطباق التغطية التأمينية، وضمان معالجة المطالبات بعدالة ودقة.

- التنسيق مع المؤمن لهم والوسطاء ومعيدي التأمين والإدارات الداخلية لضمان سلاسة معالجة المطالبات وتسويتها.

- التنسيق مع خبراء تقييم الخسائر ومراجعة تقاريرهم وتوصياتهم والمستندات الداعمة.

- التواصل والتنسيق مع شركات ووسطاء إعادة التأمين الاختياري (FAC) وإعادة التأمين الاتفاقي (Treaty) للحصول على الموافقات والتأكيدات عند الحاجة.

- ضمان الالتزام بحدود الصلاحيات المعتمدة في الشركة، وإرشادات المطالبات، واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).

- متابعة المطالبات المعلقة وضمان تسويتها في الوقت المحدد وضمن المدد الزمنية المعتمدة للإنجاز.

- التفاوض بشأن تسويات المطالبات مع العملاء والوسطاء ومقدمي الخدمات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين عند الحاجة.

- مراجعة توصيات الاحتياطيات وضمان كفاية تكوين الاحتياطيات بما يتماشى مع سياسة الشركة وتطورات المطالبات.

- إعداد ملخصات وتقارير ولوحات معلومات وتحليلات أداء المطالبات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.

- تحديد المطالبات المشبوهة أو التي يُحتمل وجود احتيال فيها وتصعيدها وفقًا للإجراءات الداخلية.

- ضمان استكمال المستندات المطلوبة والإلتزام بالمتطلبات قبل معالجة مدفوعات وتسويات المطالبات.

Bachelor’s degree Incurrence, Business Admiration, or related field.

2–3 years of experience
