## Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The AI Ethics & Governance Expert is responsible for advocating and ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated into AI development and deployment processes. The role includes conducting compliance assessments of the Ethical AI Guideline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DETAILED TASKS:

- Ensure adherence to AI ethics-related national and international regulations, ethical AI standards, and best practices

- Conduct regular compliance monitoring on the implementation of ethical AI guidelines

- Responsible for conducting audits related to ethical AI standards and guidelines, ensuring ethical practices are integrated into AI development and deployment

- Ensure adherence to AI ethics-related national and international regulations, ethical AI standards, and best practices

- Conduct regular compliance monitoring on the implementation of the “Ethical AI Guidelines” document

- Promote AI ethics best practices across the organization, advocating for responsible AI development, deployment, and maintenance within the data platform

- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and frameworks for AI and ML model development, ensuring alignment with industry standards, organizational goals, and regulatory compliance

- Provide guidance on ethical issues related to AI projects

- Develop and maintain AI ethics training programs for internal teams, educating stakeholders on responsible AI use, bias reduction, and fairness in model outcomes

- Collaborate with the AI Governance Committee to ensure ethical guidelines are incorporated into AI policy development and model review processes

- Raise awareness of AI ethics issues across the organization and provide recommendations for improvements in model development, data collection, and deployment practices

- Stay current on AI ethics trends and evolving regulatory requirements to ensure continued alignment and leadership in ethical AI practices

خبير أخلاقيات وحوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي مسؤول عن ضمان وتعزيز دمج الاعتبارات الأخلاقية في عمليات تطوير ونشر الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يشمل إجراء تقييمات الالتزام بإرشادات الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخلاقية.

الأنشطة الرئيسية والمسؤوليات والواجبات :

- ضمان الالتزام باللوائح الوطنية والدولية ذات الصلة بأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمعايير الأخلاقية، وأفضل الممارسات.

- تعزيز أفضل ممارسات أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي على مستوى الشركة، والدعوة إلى تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي ونشره وصيانته بشكل مسؤول ضمن منصة البيانات.

- وضع وتطبيق الإرشادات والأطر الأخلاقية لتطوير نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة، بما يضمن توافقها مع معايير القطاع وأهداف الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

- تقديم التوجيه بشأن القضايا الأخلاقية المرتبطة بمشاريع الذكاء الاصطناعي.

- التعاون مع لجنة حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لضمان دمج الإرشادات الأخلاقية في تطوير سياسات الذكاء الاصطناعي وعمليات مراجعة النماذج.

- رفع مستوى الوعي بالقضايا المتعلقة بأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي على مستوى الشركة، وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين ممارسات تطوير النماذج وجمع البيانات ونشرها.

- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والمتطلبات التنظيمية المتطورة لضمان استمرار التوافق والريادة في ممارسات الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخلاقية.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

7-9 years of related experience.
