## Description

Responsibilites

Shall Include but not limited to:

· Assist with the development and Implementation of Technical Support and maintenance compliance processes and procedures for improved performance and manage their application

· Establish and measure the achievement of goals, priorities, and standards of Technical Support, Well control, Maintenance and Reliability department.

· Develop and Manage Technical Services, Maintenance and Reliability, Well control ,department budget, resources, and tools.

· Oversee the management of SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that provides the fleet with a standardized maintenance task, which incorporates the best practices and develops a systematic process for continuous improvement that contributes to the reliability and life of the company assets.

· Oversee the management of offshore Field Support that are focused on supporting rig-based Technical Support and maintenance staff in their efforts to maintain the mechanical, electrical and well control integrity of their facilities, ensuring compliance of regulatory, company standards, and contractual requirements. Actively participating in equipment related downtime recovery and facility longevity initiatives.

· Manage the development of 5Y equipment inspection and maintenance philosophies ensuring compliance to regulatory, contractual, and company standards.

· Provide strategic support and advice to operations and supply chain for fleet equipment maintenance and purchase annual budgets.

· Provides strategic technical input into the annual equipment maintenance budget process.

· Implement and manage equipment downtime related incident investigations.

· Participate actively on incident investigations where necessary, Manage Maintenance and Reliability department corrective actions.

· Support the evaluation of suitable new technologies for implementation on Rigs.

· Assist with providing stakeholders with a full fleet overview of main equipment CoC dates with budget forecasting of same

· Review equipment assessment scopes with SME, s

· Assist various rig and MRO project management teams as required in connection with SPS or other long-term maintenance/reactivation/upgrade projects

## Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas field including 5 years in a Technical Managerial role.

· Leadership experience in Offshore Technical Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Project management.

· Demonstrated effective leadership and influencing skills and practices.

· Ability to motivate, mentor and coaching team personnel.

· Ability to work in a Team-oriented environment

· Ability to problem solve technical issues of the ARO offshore fleet .

· Efficient problem solving and financial management.

· Ability to gather, report and analyze/synthesize data, confirming its accuracy and adequacy.

· Physically capable of being transported to an offshore rig by boat or helicopter.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (use financial and logical functions; work with multiple worksheets and workbooks; edit and use macros; import and export information).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project

· Working knowledge of document control systems and databases.
