## Description

Drive strategic planning, institutional performance management, KPI governance, and reporting to enable delivery of Golf Saudi’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

• Manage the annual planning cycle activities: strategy refresh, initiatives, and KPI setting.

• Maintain and administer the institutional performance framework and KPI governance across functions.

• Develop and deliver performance dashboards, monthly reviews, and executive scorecards.

• Perform analysis to identify performance gaps and propose improvement actions.

• Liaise with stakeholders to align initiatives, milestones, and reporting.

• Support change management and performance communication across the organization.

## Requirements

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Experience:7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated delivery and stakeholder management.• Professional Certifications (Preferred):Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Soft & technical Skills:• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); dashboarding tools are an advantage.• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership mindset.
