## Description

· Support daily operations on the floor, including guest check-in, bay allocation, and guest flow management.

· Prepare hitting bays and guest areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and fully equipped.

· Welcome guests and provide basic orientation on how to use Five Iron technology and game options.

· Monitor guest activity to ensure safety rules and venue guidelines are followed.

· Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Hospitality teams to deliver smooth service to bays.

· Assist with queue management, reservations, and waiting lists.

· Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to the Operations Manager.

· Support event setup and breakdown for group bookings and tournaments.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas in coordination with cleaning staff.

## Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or sports is an advantage.

1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality, retail, or entertainment.

Basic understanding of safety and customer service practices.

Conversational English; Arabic is an advantage.
