Role Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field. PGA Professional certification (or equivalent recognized coaching certification) is required.

Experience:

6+ years of relevant golf coaching experience, including program delivery and leadership exposure.

Technical Skills:

Program and curriculum design, coaching methodologies, player assessment and performance tracking, session planning, use of coaching technology (for example launch monitors/video analysis), and basic reporting and KPI tracking.

Soft Skills:

Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, coaching and mentoring, problem solving, and attention to detail.
