## Description

Responsibilities

· Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the venue

· Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.

· Manage reservations, ticket bookings, and guest check-ins

· Handle all guest transactions accurately including simulator bookings, retail sales, F&B orders, and memberships.

· Operate POS systems, process payments (cash, credit, digital), and issue receipts.

· Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including balancing cash drawers and shift reports.

· Assist guests with retail purchases (golf equipment, apparel, accessories) by providing product knowledge and recommendations.

· Ensure retail displays are neat, fully stocked, and aligned with brand presentation standards.

· Support promotions and upselling of retail and F&B items.

· Resolve billing inquiries and escalate discrepancies to supervisors when necessary.

· Resolve guest concerns or complaints politely and efficiently.

## Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 1–3 years of experience in cashiering, retail, or front-of-house hospitality roles.

· Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
