## Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Participate as the contract proponent representative in a professional analysis of bid response and negotiation of offers and preparation of counter offers.

- Sourcing potential contractors for the given project, services valuations, and prequalification. Also, negotiate with contractors as part of a negotiating team comprised of contracting and contract proponent representatives.

- Prepare company estimate documentation and review the documents such that there are no technical glitches.

- Also, provide assistance in the procurement and administration of contracts.

- Maintain high level business standard and ethics to ensure the contracting fairness.

- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Section Head.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration / finance / engineering.

- 3 years in depth experience in contracting for Oil and Gas Industry /Petrochemical Industry.

- Understanding of processing contract in SAP.

- Knowledgeable in-service procurement and contracting practices with demonstrable technical and negotiation skills.

- Experience of contract management practices in the Petro-Chemical sector.
