## Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services in line with Company Policies and Procedures.

- Manage processing of RFQ s, Service POs, Bid evaluation, release orders for services.

- Perform and manage contractor cost estimations as required by the end user.

- Monitor overall contract & service buying activities against budget, schedule and KPIs' and attribute and provide corrective solution assistance where appropriate.

- Monitor contractor quality and efficiency in relation to contracted service performance levels and correct as necessary.

- Provide guidance to identify saving opportunities activities to Contract Advisors and customers.

- Coordinate and/or perform technical/commercial evaluation where required.

- Maintain high level Business standard and Ethics.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration. Engineering and Law Degree are also acceptable.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.

- 9 years contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.

- Understanding of ERP system preferably SAP system.
