## Description

Lead Commissioning (Telecom)

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Lead Commissioning (Telecom) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

- The candidates should have bachelor's degree of engineering in relevant discipline from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, integration and handover of offshore telecommunications systems.

- Rnsures that all telecom systems are installed, tested, integrated and operational in accordance with approved engineering documents, project specifications, Client/Operator requirements, applicable standards and HSE procedures.

- Interfaces closely with Engineering, Construction/HUP, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, IT/OT, Cybersecurity, Operations, Marine, Vendors, Subcontractors and Client representatives.

- Lead all telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

- Develop the telecom commissioning execution strategy.

- Ensure commissioning is executed according to approved procedures and project schedule.

- Execute telecom cutovers with minimum disruption to operations.

- Support offshore start-up and operational acceptance.

Experience Required

- Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years significant in offshore project.

- Proven experience in telecom commissioning within offshore oil and gas project

- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary telecom commissioning teams.

- Experience with brownfield modifications, hook-up and offshore tie-ins is strongly preferred

- Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.

- Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
